What kind of pet(s) do you currently have ?

I have a spanish ribbed newt (Pleurodeles Waltlii)
and five japanese ryukin (at least I think they're ryukins) fishes.
They live very well together, in the same aquarium.

I have 2 identical cats named Bush & Troy

Named after the DJ's at Heart FM (Bristol)

my wife just adores cats. I guess I do too,
although I only like the expensive "varieties"
(Russian Blue, Maine Coon, Siamese). LOL

They're cool too of course...perhaps even cooler.

It's just that I appreciate the great looks of a Russian Blue,
of a Maine Coon, or of a Siamese cat, to name a few.

Having such a cat sitting next to me,
while I draw caricatures, for instance,
would be kind of..."special"...

I have a Rottie (120 pounds) and a kitty 1 pound (Persian) and they do get along!

OK, I have:

One elderly (nearly 11!) Great Dane - half blind, arthritic (at the last count only one leg could be called controlled!) and now with heart problems. Bit like living with an OAP! He's in no pain and still tries to behave like a puppy!

One Cocker Spaniel who thinks he is the boss of the house!

One cockatiel who just makes a noise in the corner

3 bearded dragons

One hen - seven years old, still lays occassionally and has just taken up crowing like a cockerel!

And of course, my horse! Who epitomises the description 'moody mare'!
