1. Download BlueVoda for free
2. Watch/read as many tutorials as you can
3. Play with the wonderful tools that come with BV
4. Open an account with VodaHost
5. Publish your site
6. Change &/or "tweak" anything you don't like
7. Ask in the appropriate forum for help when you need it
8. Have fun :)
