Hi, I am a newbie and have several sites with the company - Register.
Do I bulid my pages in Voda and point
them at Register? And does that work efficiently and permanently?

To build a site using BV you will need a VH account as BV will only work on VH servers.
If you have a domain? You can either transfer it to VH, or as an alternative point the domain at the VH server from the domain provider you have.
