Recycle Bin

If I have deleted stuff in the recycle bin, is there any way I could retrieve them even though supposedly they are deleted.

I think it would be fair for me to think that you emptied
the recycle bin...Correct?

If that is the case, I really do not know what to tell you.
Mr. Bill Gates has spent lots of money making sure what
gets deleted stays deleted.

But the CIA has spent lots of money learning how to
undelete the deleted.

Your best bet would be to search google for articles on
data recovery.

It is important enough that without those files, some of the other files are not coming up. They are affected by those deleted files. I guess you may say that the paths are gone. Do you have a way to retrieve them?
