    PAYPAL FOR suscription service

    I would like to use paypal to receive credit card payment with the following requirements

    Receive payment for a product one time and a monthly suscription payment.

    Would like to inlcude shipping costs and sales tax.

    User would have to fill a form with their information before payment

    Need some tips to accomplish this
