can't find my id

hi u all.
I was just wondering if there is any one that can help me find my Ip adres and how do I publish my web page I can't seem to get it right I am batteling since yesterday.

Did you purchase a VodaHost account ? If yes, you should have (or will) receive a welcome email from VodaHost with all the necessary details. If not, you can't publish any pages.
