I visited your site.

In my large screen (24" / 1600 x 1200 pixiels) the pages fill the screen completely. I guess that in smaller screen, the visitor has to scroll horizontally to read the texts.

I would suggest you start by choosing a Page Width below 1000 pixels, centered.
