I have been a member of VB for over 5 years - but just come back from a long break -
Everything had changed and I was unable to get into anything with the UN and PW I previously used .
I began to write tickets - about 6 and got no reply - I was flaberghasted - knowing the service i was so acustomed to from all at VB - till I realised my own failing - ... mea culpa mea culpa - mea maxima culpa!
I had ofcourse changed my email address and as always the BV replies had been prompt and to the point - however to my old email.... shows how important it is to let them know your address and relevant personal detail changes.
Once I had done that the service was par excellence - as always.
Thank you to all those I hassled but sorted me out without showing any irritation, and as polite and pleasant as ever.

It is still the best site of its kind on the net - in fact so much so that I am about to join the affiliates as I now have in excess of 12 million emails - yes twelve million. - bought out a business.
