This used to frustrate the goobers out of me until i look over and see that i accidentally turned my modem off when i rammed my mouse into it(they are really close) lol

also...i have noticed that when other programs are currently running....especially messengers or even when your mail handler is trying to check messages at that moment...but this is just my guess..
