Kate if you like chai...next time add about 2-3 whole cloves, 2-3 pods of cardamon, and a small pinch of black pepper..this isa spicy sweet tea that is popular in south india....some add a lot of other sweet spices also. You can also buy a nice 'tea' masala at inidan stores and add it to your tea for a wonderfully tasty tea.
Bill...how absolutely delightful...what a nice selection you have. I had not gotten a chance to get back to your sight and see all the variety you offer.
As an Indian it is so not done to buy 'tea' masala...you must make your own as with all masalas...but I don't think anyone really cares anymore and so it is nice to see it already for brewing.
Thanks
P.S.
I would like put you as a link on my recipe page ...would that be alright and do you have a logo link I can use? I plan on putting a few tea recipes and I'll just make it easy for the visitors to get it direct from a source like yours.

Hi Bee, wow I learned something new. Good idea to make a mention of that someplace in my site. It is delicious.
Thanks Beezzz..Ill try that. I like to make my own teas as I can control what is in it..somedays I need more ingredients than other days...
I have heard of the masala tea...I used to live right across from an Indian resturaunt...where I had take out many times...
and I have soem friends who'll be doing a shop online for stuff from Jamaica...I'm going to recommend they carry your stuff.
Also consider some of our popular herbal teas in Jamaica...Ginger, Cerasse, Hibiscus and a few others..they are pld teas considered 'bush teas' used by locals to treat all sort of ailments...now popularized and sold by big companies here...you may find a a good company that will special blend for you..if you like I'll try and see what I can find out..may take a bit of time....it'll e interesting now that I think about it.
latah.

SPice girl huh...ginger, posh, baby...what was your mo****r?....lol and which dreaded outfit did you wear....(honestly...I'm still a secret closet spice girl fan...I thought they were fun back then.....and yes I like their music...)

lol...thats exactly what I feared!...lol...I should have said cinnamon girl...lol....but that s'ok...I agree with the wonderful spicy aroma while cuddled in to read or to just sit and listen to the wind...
Cinnamon girl....I'll have to put my banana spice nut recipe online for all. It has a wonderful cinnamon flavor.
I love wild weather...howling winds...rain pouring down...I used to live by the sea and watch the waves pound away outside my windows and it is just so exhilarating....althoug the pitter patter of raindrops is just as calming...best time to read. You can realy loose your self in your books.
