I'm Having Trouble With Publishing Because I Cant Make A Username Or Password. Where It Says You Will Need A UserName And Password And Yeh, It Says Click Here So I Clicked There And Nothing Happend Why?

I did the same thing. You need to enter the username and password that was given to you from Vodahost (it's says your name has been resolved to their servers). If you print it out it's on pages 2 and 3. -
