Greetings from an artist in New Zealand

Hello Everyone!
My name is Amanda Tomasoa and I am a Malaysian born artist who now lives in New Zealand. I have been using VODAHOST for almost a year, I believe. Took me ages to do up my Web site and I am just glad I managed it soemhow. Now I am thinking of revamping my site again. Hee hee. I know, what can I do? I am a woman who likes change!

So anyone of you ever been to New Zealand or Malaysia? Before I came to NZ in 1999, I was living in Indonesia for seven years till the political situation drove me out. I miss the easy going life back in Jakarta, but I love the beauty, cool weather of NZ and the feeling of being safe and free here.

I have been working in all sorts of career but am in my element now as an artist! Recently just started work at a cafe though, to supplement my income. Been hard financially past 2 years... but I hope to get a break, a good break soon!

My dream is to exhibit overseas and sell lots of my paintings of course, to turn my art onto useable art like apparel and home furnishing, decoration... but there is mre to life than making money. It is in finding inner peace with God, having a purpose in life and being healthy, joyful and having loved ones in your life!

Welcome to the chat room Amanda! I had a quick look/see at your site and I think your brillient!...Great work! and a very well put together site. The colors are nice and inviting. And complement your work...

I have not been here for a long time!
I have been told I need to revamp my site.
So back to drawing board!

I can't afford a pro so need to relearn.
I wish I know how to make things upload faster!
I wonder if Soholaunch is the right way for me to go?
WHat if I have more stuff to sell than the 50 limit?

I can see you like purple, and thus your name choice ... cool ...

In so far as revamping, etc., we really aren't supposed to talk shop in here, you should post your site under reviews, closer to the top of the forum, there is where we could have our "say", lol ... but I will say, it's because blue voda web builder has so much to offer that i too am constantly making change, and it perhaps could be the female side of things too ... lol .... I am not familiar with soho, but blue voda is awesome and I think most would favor blue voda, and where you are used to it, perhaps consider sticking with it ..

In so far as your dream, yes yes, follow your dreams ... and I hope they come true for you!!

Cheeky, sounds great, we look forward to hearing more, and Kate will definitely keep you busy in the laughin department ...
