Publishing my web HELP!

I am done built my website, but I have been required to enter password in order to publish my website on the internet,so do I have to pay to publish it, or just keep it into my computer if I can't pay???

You have to pay to publish it. It is $7.95 a month and comes with a variety of tools and resources. If you don't have the money now, just simply save the page.
