Comp SE site submission?

I used to have a Vodahost account back in 2006 and at the time they offered one search engine submission per customer. I can't find any information on this subject so I was wondering if they still offer this or not?

Yes, one website Domain per single hosting account will be professionally submitted to all the major Search Engines without cost upon the receipt of an account-holder's Request via Support Ticket, provided the account is in good standing and the site conforms to standards and Terms of Service.
