still having issues with site updating

I have edited and published site. not all items updated. only color changes update. I have deleted some items that did not delete and added things that did not show up. I have moved some items that did not move. they all look great in the preview section. Someone please help me, i need this up right to get a contract.

moved several items to different places:
"how to buy a hud home"
"free foreclosure sites"

Deleted several items"
"live in alabama" link
" alabama, tennessee, georgia, Tennesse, hud homes"
"sex offender registry"

all color changes take effect immediately
