Domain transfer from VodaHost registrar

I have requested more than once that VodaHost initiate my transfer from VodaHost to GoDaddy. The cost of the domain on your website is almost three times more money than I am paying for my sites at GoDaddy. GoDaddy makes my domain transfers simple and easy. I can transfer my domains in minutes. Your cPanel is not allowing me to transfer my domain. No one in customer support is answering the phones (the phone directs me back to the website where I can submit a ticket.) I wrote VodaHost weeks ago asking for help with my transfer and still have gotten no response.

Why is no info available on how to transfer my domain away from VodaHost? Why is so much info available only on how to transfer INTO VodaHost? Can you help me with this transfer? Can you leave this post up so other people don't struggle to transfer away from VodaHost the way I have struggled.
