Having problems with A records and Cnames

I am using Shopify to create a shop for my timelessfancy.co.uk and they need me to create an A Record to point to an IP address even though I have a permanent re-direct set up.

Also, it asks to set up a subdomain, www.timelessfancy.co.uk, but when I try to do this in C-Panel it doesn't allow this.

Can anybody help please?
