Is the webmail interface multi-lingual? My customer wants Turkish UI, is it possible?

I'm an experienced web developer, what i need to learn is that;

1. May i use my own webmail system? For example, may i install Horde (Install Guide seems that it has clasical requirements, could you please check here) on my space and define a subdomain and make people use this subdomain to check their mail?
2. Or better solution may be; i don't know what system you're using for webmail but I can translate your webmail's language file into Turkish without any charge and with pleasure if you like. You may send me the English language file and i send you the translated Turkish file to be integrated into your system?

What do you think, is it possible for me to join the family? Really willing...
