I would like to ask whether is it possible to use Soholaunch Features for e.g. eNewsletter system, managing secure users, emailing a friend etc on sites created using Bluevoda. How to import these functions to Bluevoda?

You can't. You can simply make a sub-site, with Soho, to get these features, and connect it to your BV with hyperlinks.Navaldesign
