Transferring from another hosting company

Hello,

What support do you provide if i want to bring my hosting from another company? I have multiple sites and am not sure about how i would go about moving them all over with minimal down-time.

2) Upload your sites on our servers with the details we will provide you.
3) Test to make sure everything is working correctly via the temp. urls we will provide you.
4) Change your DNS Name servers to DNS we will provide you ( very easy )

I purchased a domain from Civilsoft.gr
"ebuy.net.in"
I allready have a website with soholaunch and I want to take the new domain from them
because I got used the "Soholaunch".
Can you please do all the prosses to help me make my new site?
