website host?

I'm interested in creating a website whereby users can create their own accounts and post comments. Also the main theme of my website would be for users to download video and or jpegs. Would Vodahost be a good place to start? How many accounts could be created/supported by Vodahost? How many users could be navigating the site at any given time?

Do you meam like a video sharing site like www.YouTube.com , if not...please provide an example of a site.

Yes, something on the same lines but no where near the scope or multiple categories. Obviously I do not anticipate the volume of traffic.

Even a mini YouTube would require one or more dedicated servers clustered together, You can not do this on a VodaHost account. You would need to get your own server.
