Which FTP to use and other hosting issues

Hi,
Which FTP program should be used to host my bluevoda website?
I live in SOuth Africa so was wondering what the logistics of hosting from SA are like... will it be possible for a South AFrican web hosting service to host my bluevoda website because i dont have the capablilities to pay for an american hosting service? I am starting a business and cant afford to pay for a web designer therefore Bluevoda has been such a blessing!

BV has its own FTP built into the Program.
Sorry! But you can only use BV with Vodahost. It will not work on other hosts/servers.
