    billing enquiries

    Hi I would like to know if I will be billed automatically even if I do not aknowledged to renew my account yearly. Pls advise.

    All accounts are automatically rebilled at the end of there selected billing cycle unless the account owners requests otherwise in advance, this request must be made at least 5 calender days before the end of the billing cycle.

      If you opt for yearly sign up which is by far the best option as you will not have to worry about having money per month to keep your account going and at the end of the year, about 5 days before your account is due to expire you will get an email asking wether you want to renew or not. Or you can alternativly do monthly and be renewed automatically but which costs more.

        I really love your packages and i will want to be a subscriber. But i have a qustion; Who has right to stop renewal of accountat before the expiration of the first year (for annual subscription) Is it the Domain owner or the credit card holder? please i need an urgent reply.

          Only the domain owner can close the account. The credit card holder is not involved any more after payment is complete.

            True, but the account can not be renewed with out payment, and if the credit card holder objects.......We can not renew, the account holder must replace the card.
