CVS/SVN, program installation and email rate

Can I have a SVN or CVS repository?

What about the installation of other programs (that do not need networking)? For example, my previous host would not install LaTeX, which I needed for a wiki.

Finally, I read in some thread that there's a hourly limit for sending emails... Is that right? I'd like to send emails to confirm user registration, and the 100/hour limit may be reached at some peaks. Could the limit be made by day or week? Or is there another option (perhaps to queue the emails instead or rejecting them)?

    Thanks a lot.

SVN and CVS are versioning control systems. They are used when many developers are working on the same code and need to synchronize their changes. Both are available under the GNU Public License. They need daemons to be running, to handle the connections, although SVN (AFAIK) supports connections via HTTP.

LaTeX is a typesetting tool. It's very well-known, and I'd use it to generate images for things such as equations, diagrams, etc.

All these tools are found on pratically every Linux distribution around.

Looks ok to us...If you can upload it on your cpanel account you can use it. We can extend the 100 email per hour to 200 for any legitimate purpose.

What would happen to messages if the limit were reached? Are they rejected or queued?
