My current host was bought out by a company that compared to voda is completely ripping me off. My domain is up in the beginning of November. Rather than wait a month and end up going over my bandwidth limit I'd like to switch before thier billing cycle kicks in which is October 8th.

I noticed you guys have a plan thats $10 with a $30 setup fee. Is there anyway around that fee since I'd prefer to pay month by month which can only benefit you guys with a larger profit. If you can waive the fee I'll also need help setting my domain up with the proper DNS which my old host had done for me.

A quick response is much appreciated.

Set Up Fee

Please correct if I am wrong. You are saying that....You need special help up in
setting up your account but you do not want to pay the set up fee even
though you require special attention...

Hmmmm, does this sound fair to you?

The set up fee is there because of such a scenerio. The average new
customer does require a bit of help geeting started. (Some allot more
than others). Providing a fantastic service does not come cheap and
none of my support staff are interns or volunteers who work for free.

On the other side of the coin....

We also have a yearly billing option that does not have a set up fee.
