Yes: even if you could actually purchase one, the use of it would invariably infringe upon the rights of a very large organization with deep enough pockets to cause you great inconvenience and expense.....

(History shows us Disney is particularly **** about preserving their brands, and goes to great lengths to perservere in all instances)
