Building website for daughter

I'm building a website for my daughter who lives in another state. I use BV for my website and love it. Daughter is not computer savvy at all. So, she's paying for it; I'm building it and maintaining it. I'm signing her up - how do I go about this - want to make sure I'm the contact and can download files to my computer. But it's her baby to pay for.

Also, she has a business bank account but does not have debit card. I guess this means I need to download form to sign her up?
