Can Bluevoda help create a forum

I am between two hosts and web building software i have tried bluevoda and love it but can it assist me in creating a forum page ..?

Hi, a forum will usually be a program in its right. But if you join Vodahost you get BV for free + 2 makes of forum with your account, that are also free.
