Can I install a shopping cart and paypal

Is it possible to have a shopping cart along with payment options such as pay-pal and credit card billing with your service? Can a button be added with the shopping cart that allows buyers to view the cart and return to the product pages? Is there an extra charge for these. My site will be used strictly for sales and want to make sure it will handle it from start to finish.
