making changes

Again, a bit basic!
Once you have published and after a while decide to make changes what do you need to do?

Hi, make the changes to your BV page on your machine & just press publish again. Then go to your sites url to see changes. If it all looks the same? Try hiting F5 a few times to clear your computer, the old page might still be in the memory.
