thinking about switching to voda

hello, i am sooooooo frustrated. i have a website in mind that i want to create. i registered my domain name with godaddy and purchased their economy hosting and the website tonight website builder. i cannot figure out how to use it to get the site i want. now they tell me i need to upgrade to another hosting plan so i can use a third party website developing software. i have done some searching and i like what i see with bluevoda. but i am new to this and don't really have a clue what i'm doing as far as building the site. i know in my mind what i want it to look like and the things it needs to have, but i don't know how to do them. i can't seem to find help anywhere. can it be so hard to make a website? i don't know anything about sql or cpanel or ftp. i need absolute beginners help. thanks.
