i have 4 doamins alread means 4 complete website (PHp + mysql) runing another services ...if i buy VH account it is possible to run this sites ....

If you can move the sites from the server they are on, yes. If you can't, then no. In many cases, the answer will be yes, but there are sites out there that in order to move, you'd have to rebuild.
