OK,here's the deal:I want to make a website about games but not games like miniclip.com or something.A website where someone can download FULL GAMES.you got the point.In your tos it said not any warez or copywrited material.What i am confused about is if i am allowed to create a website with you regarding.....warez if you wanna call it BUT the games will not be hosted on any of your servers.Your server will only be used for site hosting.NOTHING WILL BE DOWNLOADED FROM YOUR SERVERS.So is there a problem with me making a website about warez stuff?

Don't worry *****.I did the mistake once and thought that i could use vodahost and people can download from VH servers but now only the website will be hosted.NOTHING ELSE.the games and everything D-O-W-N-L-O-A-D-A-B-L-E will not and i repeat will not be hosted in your servers,so i guess there is no problem.
