Can you have music playing as soon as the site loads or do you need a windows media player on the page that each visitor has to click on?

Yes this is possible, i have done it with my website.

To add a background music to your page:
Select Menu->View->Page HTML and click the Before Tag tab (note that this should be 'Beginning of Body' )

Enter this code:

<BGSOUND SRC="yourmusic.wav" loop="infinite">

Make sure you upload the 'yourmusic.wav' to your domain.

Is there any legal process that we must follow before we add music to our website? Like do we have to get special permission and stuff like that?
