Great Idea, I'll bet it'll be out in a future BlueVoda Version. :)

That would definitely make my life easier! I thought that BV was working on that with this last update....

My question wasn't to you Karen, it was to LadyEye. I have also lost info in BV as well because I didn't hit save immediately.
I mention Soho because of the trouble I've had with the text editor playing up. If it mucks up the best thing I've found is to close it up & start again. Sometimes it seems the whole site seizes up & you lose everything on the page that wasn't saved before you started work.

            Re: Save and Publish

whenever i am working in photoshop or illustrator and i get into a creative streak i am able to save each change "as" 1,2,3 etc
then i can go back and compare each to the original.
this thought as applied to BV is new to me but i think a alternate page could be saved "as" example2.html, example3.html and so on and then each can be viewed by typing url in browser.
i haven't needed to use this. but it might be handy.
then of course, one would have to eventually go to control panel and remove alternate pages if space is an issue.
another alternative is if you have vista you can screen capture with the
snipping tool and save preview pages as .jpgs and view them in photoshop or other programs to compare.
            hmmm.
any other thoughts on this out there (in here?)?
i'll check it out and let everyone know if it's effective.
