Can i pay hosting with my Visa Debit card?

I am from Serbia.
Raiffeisenbank give as Visa Virtuon card for internet.I was wonder can i pay hosting with that Visa Virtuon Debit card?

I did mine with my visa debit card, they require a 16 digit account number, expiration date and the three digit authication code.
