What are your unique aspects of your business
How do you propse to project this to potential visitors

What design do you require
Do you need a brochure or an ecommerce type website
If ecommerce, what payments will you take, how will you process those payments

Design the layout of your website
Place your well thought out and planned text and imagery content on your website
Optimise and market your website for your potential clients
