Can I purchase with an unverified paypal?

I don't have a credit card to verify my paypal so it's unverified. I still have money for 1 month of hosting here. Is there a way for me to buy hosting like this?

We do not have any issues with this...if PayPal gives you any problems...please submit a support ticket.

An "unverified PayPal account" is merely another name for a free Individual Payment account (business accounts are "verified" for depository reasons), and PayPal allows all types of payment to be transacted, such as Electronic Checks (transfer from Savings or Checkings via an ATM card) in addition to the traditional Credit Card options.
