Depends on what cart system you intend to use (Sohohlaunch, osCommerce, ZEN, CUBE, CRE Loaded, Magento, etc.).
There are many Premium Templates pre-designed for most carts, and you can select from the many different layouts and page themes, knowing that you have the ability to swap out the images to best reflect your original idea.
