    tracking customers

Haven't set up my site yet, but I have a question on how Voda Host handles tracking of activity on our site. Under the Web/FTP Stats, you list 'Awstats', referrer and raw access logs - can you explain how they work? I am hoping to be able to capture data on how people are driven to our site and where they come from.

Thanks! Sounds like that should cover what I am wanting. Aside from adding HTML tags for the screen size, is there anything else I need to do on the design side to have these available to me?

adding these html tags for screen size would be allowing you to view stats with respect to viewers computers viewing your website .. it doesn't have anything to do with the design side of blue voda ..

blue voda does not adjust the pages according to viewers screen size .. so you need to build accordingly and with what is the majority of viewers .. today that is anywhere from '800 wide to '1000 wide .. that means, build your blue voda page within that page width .. the length doesn't matter so much .. but building wider than this will cause sideways scroll for viewers, and you dont want that .. also note - build your page from the top left of the website builder, right click on your page, choose properties and tick center in browser .. you can also apply a background color from the color choices for background on the properties box for the page as well .. applying anything other than color for the page background will give you a tile effect appearance, some images are okay with this, many many are not .. so best to use a solid color .. this will then fill in the sides of the page for viewers viewing in larger screen resolutions ..
