Is there any way to give you my information (domain name etc) but not by mail, if I'm going to make a bank transfer.

I do believe you do need to mail this information .. but this is a question for support .. so contact support@vodahost.com and they will guide you .. perhaps they will telephone you .. you can always ask if this is possible in your email to support.
