Yeah I see it is not but would it be legal? Or would this be a blatant violation of ICANN rules

I would imagine so. But wal-mart/walmart already own it as its directed at their site. Or did i miss something. ?

You missed a SIMILAR post that has since been deleted where someone bought a similar domain from vodahost and since its a support issue where we cannot assist on the forum.. its gone.
