I have tried to found a nice templates for my gift shop but i didn't found one is there more templates or is it posible to order such a templates?

My normal use of the e-shop is going to be orders of present that the costemer can chose if he wants it as an presentation. So i need before he payes they need diffrent options to chose is it possible to add on such an form the buyer can tick at that makes the price diffrent?
