Two questions about blue voda

I am looking at blue voda as an option for building my own "on line store" for my business of hand made crafts.
The business is located in Israel.

I would like to know

1. Is the only pay method in blue voda is through pay pal? Or should I use Soholaunch to build my on line store?
2. I did not quit understand all about the data base, must I establish a data base first or do I build it as I go (while I build the sit)?
