Sounds like a job for SohoLaunch (available in your Vodahost cPanel, under Fantastico DeLuxe) or some other CMS (content mgmt system).

If you're going to have anywhere near that many pages, you want maximum ease of page creation and the ability to easily change your page template across the entire site or a large portion of it. You will get that ability with SohoLaunch.
