SSL, Search Engine Submission and Domain Names

A few more questions before I sign up for hosting -
Is there any problem getting the SSL certificate for my website outside of BlueVoda?
Will there be any issues with submitting my URL to search engines outside VodaHits?
And - If there are any problems and I wish to cancel, will I be able to transfer my domain name to another hosting provider immediately?
