Who owns the domain?

If I register a new domain with Voda Host, who owns the domain - you or me? Also, who is the administrative contact and who is the technical contact? Me for both? Can we ID protect the registration/ownership information?

1) All domain name registered by you through us are 100% your legal property and you are liste as the administrative contact.
2) Yes we offer ID Protect.

Thanks for the quick response. So just to be absolutely certain - if for some reason in the future I decided to switch to another host (not that I would because Voda looks to be fantastic!) I can do so without ANY difficulty or resistance?
