How to post

Strange as it may be, I find it difficult to find out how to post a thread in varying categories on this forum to get my beginner questions answered. I see the "Post New Thread" button in Pre-Sales, but did not see it anywhere else on the site. I even did a search on how to post, and it came up with nothing. If I want to reply to a thread that's easy. Please tell me how to post a new thread. This button I would expect to see at the top or bottom, regardless of what page I am viewing. Help!@! Also, am I to post a new thread for each question or lump them together in one post? They are all related to getting my new site built. Thanks!

1) What you have done above is posting a thread.
2) We have cartegories for everything, please post accordingly.
3) On the top of every cartegory you will see "new thread" or "post reply"

OK. I see it. Evidently I have to be at the beginning of a category to see the post thread button.
