i would like to construct a dating site.Visitors must be loged in with pasword,with the possibility to post and change their personal account-profile.(posting photos etc.)
what kind of tools i must use?

There are lots of script over the internet. You need to find them. But do you know the work you want to do is not as easy as placing link in BV. It will be consists of hard work, time and money.
