Contacting support ?

Does anyone know how I can contact support ?
I ask for support ticket, I put in my domain name, and then in the third box, my telephone number ... but the second box is a required field and I need to enter my 'control panel username'.
I do not have one of these !!

just type n/a id you dont have the data for that field.
